1st Morinville Scouting Movement held their Annual Torch Light Parade on February 21, 2013 outside the Morinville Community Cultural Centre in the parking lot. Morinville District Girl Guides attended along with 12th St. Albert Scouts to celebrate the birthday of Scouting founder Lord Robert Baden-Powell on February 22 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
